The Box Architectural Project
Gutenbergstraße 4. realised by AHM Architekten BDA
The building points to an outstanding view of the Berlin River Spree and a very interesting structure. It was originally a building used for industry. And was converted into an office building. On the former flat roof of the existing four-floor building, an additional fully glazed set-back top floor will be newly constructed.
The original industrial look has been preserved, with lots of concrete and the classic 80ies machine color „RAL 6011 Resedagrün“.
