I loved photographing the exposed concrete ceilings and elegant parquet flooring which form a flexible flat with a generous spatial experience. The exposed concrete ceiling is adding a unique industrial touch.
Together with my team, I created the look of natural daylight falling into the rooms while engineering work still took place outside.
In contrast to the raw, industrial look of the concrete ceiling, is the warm wooden flooring.
Right now flexible flats are at the forefront of the trend toward sustainable and smart living spaces. Integrated smart home technology is providing convenient and efficient control over lighting, temperature, and security.
